At Elite Precision Dynamics, we specialize in building strong business relationships and

energetic Entry-Level Account Manager with at least 1 year of sales experience to join
our growing team in Charlotte, NC.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-
paced environment, and are looking to build a long-term career in sales, client relations,
and business management. We’re seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience
in sales, customer-facing roles, or account support who are ready to take the next
professional step.
What You’ll Do
Build strong relationships with new and existing business clients
Assist with ensuring customer satisfaction
Face-to-face B2B sales strategies
Work alongside senior leadership to support business development initiatives
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue
Learn campaign management, client acquisition, and leadership fundamentals
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, account
management, retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated with a positive and professional attitude
