At Elite Pools, we don’t just build pools — we design and deliver complete backyard transformations.

As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for a high-performing sales professional who can guide homeowners through $80K–$250K projects and turn vision into reality.

Compensation and Earnings:

• Base salary uncapped commissions ($40K–$60K base depending on experience)

• Most team members earn: $90K–$150K

• Top performers: $150K

• Typical commission per project: $8K–$20K

Your income is driven by your performance, with real support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Run in-home consultations with qualified homeowners (no cold calling)

• Work with our design team and online tools to create custom pool and outdoor living concepts

• Present proposals and close high-value projects ($80K–$250K )

• Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently

• Own the client relationship from first meeting to signed contract
