Elite Podcast Studio is Tampa Bay’s premier podcast and content creation facility, built for entrepreneurs, executives, creators, and brands who take their voice seriously.

This is not a paid internship.

This is a high-performance, in-person opportunity for a small, carefully selected group of individuals who want to become elite-level video editors in a real-world, fast-moving environment.

You will be working inside a professional content studio alongside:

• Founders

• Executives

• Creators building real brands

• High-level personalities

You are not here to observe.

You are here to edit real content that gets published and seen.

Most internships teach theory.

This one is built around execution and output.

You will not be doing practice edits.

You will be working on:

• Real podcast episodes

• Short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

• Client-facing deliverables

• High-end, multi-camera productions

Your work will directly impact brands, businesses, and personal platforms.

This internship is centered around video editing.

Your success here will be measured by your ability to:

• Edit high-quality, multi-camera podcast episodes

• Cut engaging short-form content optimized for social media

• Add motion graphics, captions, and pacing that retain attention

• Deliver clean, professional audio and visual output

• Work with fast turnaround timelines

If you are not serious about becoming great at editing, this is not the right fit.

• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve

• Multi-camera editing workflows

• Short-form content optimization

• Storytelling through editing

• Audio cleanup and mastering

• Motion graphics and captions

• AI-powered editing tools and automation

• Real-world editing experience (not theory)
