WHO IS LEADING THIS PROGRAM

This internship is led by Roy Kirchner — serial entrepreneur, Titan 100 honoree, USF Mentor of the Year, and Tampa Bay Business Journal Fast 50 recipient. Roy is recognized as an AI and Video Sales Growth Expert with a career spanning automotive, F&I management, Fortune 100-1000 consulting, and multiple successful ventures including Elite Podcast Studio, Ultimate 3D Printing Store, and Sonder Creates, his AI-driven marketing agency.

Roy serves on the Bay Area Manufacturers Association Board of Directors and is deeply embedded in the Tampa Bay business community. He has spent his career at the intersection of sales, technology, and personal brand — and he is bringing everything he knows directly into this program.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You are not here to observe. You are here to contribute.

Inside a live, working professional studio, you will be shooting video and photos daily for social media, assisting with podcast and video production, supporting studio setup, lighting, and audio, participating in content strategy, working inside live recording environments, editing and posting content across platforms, and engaging directly with high-level clients and creators in real time.

AI, DIGITAL FOOTPRINT, AND WHY THIS MATTERS RIGHT NOW

Here is what most college programs will not teach you: the people winning right now are the ones who understand how to combine AI with content and personal brand.

This internship goes beyond production. You will learn how to use AI tools to work faster, create smarter, and build a digital presence that follows you into every room you walk into. You will understand what a digital footprint actually means — and how to build one that opens doors instead of closing them. You will learn to think like someone who uses AI as a competitive advantage, not just a shortcut.

During this internship, you will attend top Tampa Bay networking events alongside Roy and the Elite Podcast Studio team. You will learn in real time how to introduce yourself with confidence, how to build genuine relationships with founders and decision-makers, and how to follow up in a way that actually leads somewhere. You will understand the difference between being in a room and owning it.
