Role Description
This is an in-person, full-time role for an experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and motivated Counter Sales Person to join our close-knit team in Folsom, CA. The Counter Sales Person will engage with plumbers, contractors and homeowners to provide product information, assist with purchasing decisions, and process orders accurately. You will be an "order maker" not just an order taker. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting warm calls and follow up calls to generate new business opportunities. Stocking, organizing and cleaning are all part of the job as well.
Qualifications
· Plumbing and contractor sales experience required
· Experience with ERP/POS and computer systems
· Continued product knowledge and learning of plumbing supplies and pumps
· Attitude – a self-starting team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
· Ability to speak Spanish and/or Russian beneficial

- B2B sales: 3 years (Preferred)
