Plumber/Installer

Plumbing Technicians are a direct representation of the company and must ensure excellent customer service with professionalism and a great attitude. They must ensure excellent communication with all parties. Staff, vendors and community will experience the mission and vision of the company through their interaction with a Plumbing Technician.

Duties

• Responsibilities include responding to service calls when a call is dispatched: arriving at customers' homes, properly diagnosing and selling the jobs.

• Diagnose plumbing problems and perform repairs.

• Estimating by giving options and/or turning calls over to the sales rep.

• Communication with customers, and office staff

• Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures

• Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs.

• Install and /or repair household appliances like dishwashers, water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc.

• Test plumbing and other fixtures to ensure proper functions

• Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes

• Use Ipad for Documentation, Photos, Notes, and Emails for all jobs

• Collections of payments from responsible parties

• Maintain Company Van, Equipment and Supplies

• Other duties as assigned

Expectations

• Be ready to run calls at schedule time.

• Make sure you have a clean uniform and are properly groomed.

• Run service calls with little to no supervision

• Properly diagnose and sell job with ethics and integrity

• Utilize Sales Rep. turn calls over

• Communicate with customers, office staff, sales reps.

• Maintain Company Van, Equipment and supply (van needs to be washed weekly)

• Answer phone or respond to texts in a timely manner (within 5 minutes)

• Document jobs thoroughly (if you need to write a book do it)

• Take before and after photos and post the to your job

• Get signatures

• Collect payment when job is complete (it is not the office responsibility)

• If a customer is not on site, get credit card before you start work.

• Get credit card, check, or cash

• P. O’s and parts on job need to be posted to job

• Take photo of receipts and attach to PO

• Be on time for meetings on time

• Fill out daily break down sheets (For each day your working)

• Continue to Grow (take training course, read books, ask for help)

* Leak repair
* Pex, Copper, gas lines
* camera inspection
* Hydro -jet service
* Shower valves, faucets
* Garbage disposal, Toilet installation
* Drain line and Sewer line repair
* Emergency water and gas shut-off valves
* Drain line Snake
*Water Heater Installation & Repair

During probationary period
Qualifications :
- Reliable transportation
- Punctuality
- Good communication skills.(with office and clients)
- Weekend availability (every other weekend)

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
