Key Responsibilities:
- Support the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost management.
- Analyze income statements and balance sheets to validate financial projections.
- Prepare financial reports for executive leadership, including monthly, quarterly, and annual budget variance analysis, with a focus on expense tracking.
- Assist in developing board presentations.
- Contribute to investor relations materials.
- Help establish standardized financial reporting frameworks to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance-related processes.
- Review financial schedules and analyses to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and accuracy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on budgeting systems and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance interdepartmental communication and efficiency.
- Manage special projects and ad hoc financial reporting as needed.
