This company is looking for an FP&A professional with at least two years of budgeting and forecasting experience. Strong Excel skills are essential, as this role is heavily focused on data analysis and financial modeling. Industry experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost management.
• Analyze income statements and balance sheets to validate financial projections.
• Prepare financial reports for executive leadership, including monthly, quarterly, and annual budget variance analysis, with a focus on expense tracking.
• Assist in developing board presentations.
• Contribute to investor relations materials.
• Help establish standardized financial reporting frameworks to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance-related processes.
• Review financial schedules and analyses to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and accuracy.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on budgeting systems and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance interdepartmental communication and efficiency.
• Manage special projects and ad hoc financial reporting as needed.
