Our client, a fast-growing and highly respected Registered Investment Advisor & Multi-Family Office, is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead all accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and SEC-related financial compliance. This role offers high visibility, direct ownership of the details, and a clear path to increased leadership responsibility.

What You’ll Do:

• Own daily accounting (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end close)

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash-flow projections

• Maintain internal controls & oversee tax filings

• Lead SEC-related financial compliance (incl. Form ADV) with support of compliance vendor

• Support Family Office Services team with select HNW client financials

• Partner with leadership on growth strategy, operations, and financial insights

• Contribute to system/process improvements in a growing firm

What We’re Looking For:

• 7 years in accounting/finance; RIA/MFO or public accounting exposure preferred

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus

• Experience in a smaller, growing environment

• Strong technical accounting skills strategic mindset

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves

• Excellent communication, high EQ, and collaborative approach
