• Monday through Thursday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

What You Will Do

• Evaluate patients and identify the factors contributing to pain, movement limitations, weakness, and functional challenges
• Develop individualized Physical Therapy treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy services
• Use your clinical judgment to progress and adapt treatment plans throughout the patient journey
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, function, confidence, and quality of life
• Educate patients on movement, injury prevention, exercise, and long-term self-management
• Build strong therapeutic relationships that support patient engagement and continuity of care
• Collaborate with support staff to create an organized and positive patient experience
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Contribute to a supportive, team-focused clinic culture

What We Are Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Arkansas
