Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as sprayers, traps, and other pest control tools
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments administered, and follow-up recommendations
- Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to traffic laws and company policies
Requirements
- Prior experience or training in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during inspections and treatments
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly to clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques is advantageous for upselling services when appropriate
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
