**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in caregiving, healthcare, social work, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of caregiving principles, challenges, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and motivate others.
- Experience in coaching, training, or mentoring roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
- Must be willing to work weekends and evenings if/when needed, and be willing to travel,
