What You'll Do
- Assemble and manufacture filtration products following detailed work instructions.
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for production.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet our high quality standards.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Complete basic production paperwork.
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other production-related tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Willing to learn new skills and grow with the company.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Mechanically inclined is a plus.
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
- Able to stand for long periods and regularly lift 30–50 pounds.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing facility.
- Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Exposure to machinery, dust, noise, and production materials.
- Required use of safety equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other PPE as needed.
