We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Palletizer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, stacking, and securing products on pallets to prepare them for storage or shipment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Stack boxes, packages, and products safely and efficiently onto pallets
- Arrange products according to size, weight, and shipping requirements
- Inspect products and packaging for visible damage or defects
- Wrap, label, and secure completed pallets for shipment
- Move completed pallets to designated staging or storage areas
- Maintain accurate product counts when required
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with loading, unloading, packing, and other warehouse duties as needed
- Work with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, palletizing, packing, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Pay: $23.90 - $28.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
