Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Valet located in Parker, CO. The Valet will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitors. Additional responsibilities may include answering guest inquiries, assisting with directions, and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive guest experience
- Proficiency in Valet Parking, with the ability to safely operate various types of vehicles
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members effectively
- Basic Administration skills to handle related responsibilities as needed
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver consistent, quality service
- Previous experience in hospitality or valet services is a plus
- Physical ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
