What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Elite Parking Services?

Elite Parking Services is hiring a maintenance/janitor. Must be available 5 am to 2 pm.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining the premises to ensure the area is clean and tidy at all times
- Picking up of trash, cleaning oil spills, restrooms, stairwells
- Maintaining the over cleanliness of the entire area
You are:
- Able to read, write and speak English
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Able to bend, reach, stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Able to work outdoors and in all environmental conditions
- Flexible with availability
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience helpful
