Duties
- Supervise parking lot activities, ensuring smooth vehicle movement and adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor parking lot conditions continuously to prevent hazards and manage traffic flow effectively
- Assist customers with parking services, providing friendly and efficient support
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of parking barriers or equipment as needed
- Maintain clear communication with team members and customers to resolve conflicts promptly and professionally
- Oversee parking management systems, ensuring proper signage, lot organization, and compliance with policies
- Perform outdoor work daily, including walking extensive areas to monitor activity and safety
Qualifications
- Proven experience in parking lot monitoring or parking operations
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Physical capability for lifting and manual handling tasks throughout shifts
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Valid driving license is required
