We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier to join our retail team! As a vital point of contact for our customers, you will be providing exceptional service, handling transactions efficiently, and ensuring a smooth checkout process. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster customer loyalty and drive sales growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail skills while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Various shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for retail math calculations
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
