Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Cashier Supervisor (UH) to lead our front-of-house operations at a vibrant event venue. In this role, you will oversee cashier functions, manage team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during high-energy events. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, maintain financial accuracy, and foster a welcoming environment for all visitors. Duties
- Supervise cashier staff during shifts, ensuring efficient transaction processing and excellent customer service
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing tills, managing float allocations, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions
- Coordinate with event management teams to facilitate smooth entry and exit processes for guests
- Train and mentor staff on operational protocols, customer service standards, and safety procedures
- Monitor guest interactions to uphold high standards of hospitality and resolve any issues promptly
- Prepare detailed reports on daily sales, cash discrepancies, and operational activities for management review
- Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and oversee staff supervision to ensure optimal coverage during events
- Must be available to work 4:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays.

- Proven experience in cash handling and customer service
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing staff performance
