I'm Nick, the owner of Elite brick and masonry. We're looking for an all-star, mason for our brick team and to help us thrive as one of the fastest-growing brick companies in the Michigan area! We're searching for the best of the best and will evaluate quickly with a 2-week working interview to make sure you're a great fit. We will evaluate you daily in your 2 week working interview and fire quickly if your not honest about your skills so please be honest in interview process because we are looking for the best of the best.

What We're Looking For: 5 years experience as a mason running a crew

• Proficient in building up and tearing down scaffolding

• Proficient in demo of porches, chimneys, and any brick related jobs (and guiding laborers to be productive in process)

• Proficient in repairing/ rebuilding porches

• Proficient in repairing/ rebuilding chimneys

• Proficient in tuckpointing

• Proficient in cleaning job site (guiding laborers) polyurethanes, and weather guard sealers

• Being a crew leader with great attitude

• Coachable, and excellent with customers.

• Presentable and professional at all times (clean-cut).

• Works well with others and can be counted on by the team.

• MUST pass a drug test, have a driver's license, and clear a background check.

• Strong references (we'll call them). Additional skills

• Small flat work/ cement work ( porch caps, walkways etc)Ideal candidate traits

• Result oriented & detail - focused you are driven to achieve your goals while maintaining a high-level of accuracy and precision

• Reliable and independent - you can work independently ensuring test are completed accurately, and on time

• Full 40 hours each week, seasonal but will have work opportunities for the winter season

work Pay: $35-$40 per hour, based on experience.

Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30/5:30 PM Location: 15701 Martin rd (shop) - homes in Macomb & Oakland county
