- Assist with planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios or walkways.
- Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep roads and walkways clear.
- Conduct general lawn care tasks including fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to promote healthy growth.
- Help with equipment maintenance and safety checks on machinery like excavators or other construction tools to ensure optimal performance.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous for operating and maintaining landscape equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators enhances efficiency on the job.
