Healthcare Staffing Coordinator (Seasonal / Flexible)

Elite Nursing Concierge Care is seeking a Seasonal Healthcare Staffing Coordinator to support our nursing team by coordinating and filling private duty nursing shifts for our clients. This role is essential to ensuring our clients receive consistent, reliable nursing coverage.

This position focuses on scheduling, staffing coordination, and communication with nurses. No direct patient care is required.

Pay Range: $25 – $30 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist with scheduling nurses for private client cases
• Communicate with nurses regarding availability, shift confirmations, and schedule updates
• Help fill open shifts and assist with last-minute staffing needs
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and staffing updates
• Support the administrative team in ensuring all client cases are appropriately staffed
• Provide professional and timely communication with nurses and team members

Qualifications:

• Experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, healthcare administration, or operations preferred
• Background in home care, healthcare, nursing, or medical environments is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple staffing needs and respond quickly to schedule changes
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
• Comfortable communicating with nurses and healthcare professionals
