Requirements:
- 2-3 years valuation experience from a consultancy.
- Open to auditors with valuation exposure.
- Highly analytical, strategic, intellectually curious and detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellence and a passion for understanding the business implications of financial results.
Responsibilities:
- Own standardized valuation templates for active portfolio companies.
- Compile valuation documentation.
- Manage SOX controls.
- Assist with valuation committee meetings.
- Manage third-party valuation firm reviews and audits.
- Assist with investor reporting, regulatory reporting, and various portfolio analytics.
