Spanish Speaking ROTA Nanny

Communicative & Detailed Spanish-Speaking ROTA Nanny Needed in Tampa, FL!

• Compensation: 75k
• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Tampa, FL (family will be moving to South Tampa later this year)
• Child: 2 years old & 14 months old (children are 12 months apart!)
• Schedule: 14 days on/off 8am-7pm
• Live-in accommodations include a private bedroom and bathroom on main floor.
• The family's sweet and loving children enjoy soccer, ice skating, swimming & gymnastics! Their oldest is starting potty training.
• Responsibilities include duties pertaining to the children, including traveling with family, implementing educational activities, speaking with the children in Spanish (fluency is required), prioritizing children’s safety, liaising with hands-on SAHM, implementing/maintaining a feeding and nap schedule for youngest child and adjusting it as they grow, tidying children's play areas and bedrooms, and various family assistant duties.
• Candidate must be comfortable swimming with children. They don’t have a pool currently but plan to have a pool in their next home.
• Family is seeking a nanny candidate who is professional, a team player, communicative, reliable, organized and detail-oriented.
• Parents believe in a gentle parenting approach, learning through play, and positive reinforcement and patience. It is important for the nanny candidate to be invested in raising the family's children. They are seeking someone who will ideally work with them for years!
• Dad travels monthly to CA for work and sometimes the whole family will join. Nanny candidate should expect to travel domestically and internationally this year approximately 12 weeks (1 week per month). Next year they hope to travel internationally for longer trips (6-8 weeks at a time).
• The family has housekeepers twice per week.
• The family has no pets, although they might get a larger breed dog down the line!

Requirements:

• 5 years professional nanny experience
• Extensive experience with infants/toddlers
• Fluent in Spanish
• CPR First Aid certified or willing to be
• Valid drivers license
• Passport or willing to obtain
• Verifiable references

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
