We are seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive sales, understands the used-car market, and knows how to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in choosing the right vehicle
- Provide clear information about pricing, features, and financing.
Note: We do not offer financing.
- Negotiate deals and close sales professionally
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory
- Assist with test drives, paperwork, and customer follow-ups
- Work toward achieving monthly sales goals
Requirements
- Experience in car sales (used car sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation
- 25% of the profit paid upfront on each sale
