What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant position at Elite Medical Health & Wellness?
- Clinic is closed one hour for lunch.
- Perform front and back office clinical tasks to support healthcare practitioner.
- Obtain and record patient medical history, vital signs, and other relevant information.
- Assist with patient examinations and procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing.
- Provide patient education on medications, procedures, and self-care techniques.
- Schedule appointments, manage medical records, and handle forms.
