Role Description The Business Operations & Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Danville, CA. This position is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and process improvement to ensure an efficient and patient-focused practice. The role includes managing financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle oversight, financial reporting, and cost control. The manager will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align operational and financial performance with organizational goals, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies. Additional responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, leading operational projects, supporting staff training, and contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives.
