We are hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team and support AT&T residential customers. This full-time, in-person opportunity is for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, leadership, and team operations in the telecommunications industry. No previous management experience is required, and new team members receive hands-on coaching and guidance as they learn the role.
In this position, you will work directly with residential customers to introduce AT&T products and services, support daily sales activities, assist with team coordination, and help maintain a positive customer experience. As you gain experience, you will take on additional responsibilities related to leadership, training, customer engagement, and sales performance while building a foundation for future management opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily AT&T sales and customer engagement activities focused on residential customers
- Communicate with residential customers to understand their needs and explain available AT&T products and services
- Support customer enrollment and sales activities while delivering a professional customer experience
- Assist team members with day-to-day responsibilities and customer interactions
- Help onboard and coach new team members as you develop your leadership and training skills
- Work with management on team goals, sales performance tracking, and daily operations
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage residential customers professionally
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, customer-facing environment
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a sales-focused setting
- Willingness to learn AT&T products, customer enrollment, sales processes, and leadership responsibilities
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or team environments is helpful but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred, with a willingness to develop professionally through hands-on coaching
