Position Summary:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's workforce needs and support its strategic goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Screen and select resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates by conducting initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms and conditions with selected candidates, coordinate pre-employment checks and documentation to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate hiring effectiveness.
Experience/Training/Education/Certification:
- High school diploma
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferrable in a warehouse or manufacturing setting a plus.
- 2 years' experience with ADP Workforce Now or proficiency with other HRM/HRIS/ATS tools preferred.
