What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking back-to-back live inbound calls from prospects requesting burial and final expense coverage.
- Navigating our modern CRM, digital dialer, and dual-monitor setup in real-time.
- Qualifying applicants, matching them with top-tier carriers, and submitting digital e-applications over the phone.
- Mastering our high-conversion phone scripts and participating in daily morning strategy calls.
