Hardscaping Team Lead

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Hardscaping Team Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality maintenance work on residential and commercial properties while following company standards for safety, efficiency, and workmanship. The Team Team Lead will be directly responsible for supervising each job from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitoring project activities to ensure that instructions are followed and schedules are maintained
- Enforcing operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety
- Inspecting completed work to ensure conformance to specifications, standards, and contract requirements
- Directing activities of workers
- Utilizing software to record data, time, and job status
- Installing concrete pavers, segmental retaining walls, and timber retaining walls
- Installing masonry such as flagstone and brick veneers
- Operating power equipment to cut pavers/stone
- Working alongside a hard-working Team Team Lead and other team members

Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of hardscaping experience
- Management experience preferred
- Physically able to perform all essential job functions and lift up to 50 pounds
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Valid Drivers License and a clean driving record
Pay: $23 - $26 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 hours per week
