We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Night Shift Kennel Technician.Job Responsibilities:Letting dogs out individually for potty breaks at night.Supervising slumber party boarding dogs in large groups.Ensuring a safe and clean environment at all times.What to Expect:Work Environment: This is a fast-paced, high-stress, and loud position that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Weather Conditions: You will be working outdoors in all seasons, including extreme heat and cold.Independence: Most shifts are solo, though you may have a teammate during busy periods.Who We're Looking For:Self-sufficient and able to manage time efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle dogs of various temperaments.Comfortable working independently in a physically demanding role.Integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.Attention to detailsAbility to learn and build balanced relationship with each dog.Schedule & Availability:We are hiring for all days of the week.
