About Us
Elite K-9 is a long time established online retail brand looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-commerce Assistant to join our team. If you love online shopping, know your way behind the scenes of an online store, and have a proven track record managing Shopify, we want to hear from you. We are currently on proprietary e-commerce platform and need someone to assist with the migration to Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
Work with our outside digital marketing firm to assist in the full migration to Shopify. The current website data has been migrating and we are in the testing phase before switching over to Shopify.
- Shopify Store Management: Upload new products, update inventory levels, edit product descriptions, and change pricing or tags.
- Order & Fulfillment Support: Monitor daily orders, track shipments, and resolve customer shipping issues or carrier delays.
- Integrate Shopify orders with our CRM system: making sure the systems are synchronized and sharing data properly
- List Shopify items to our Amazon Seller account
- Basic Visual Merchandising: Organize collection pages, update homepage banners, and ensure product photos look sharp and clean.
- Customer Support Coordination: Answer basic customer emails, live chats, or social media inquiries regarding orders and returns.
- App Management: Help maintain and troubleshoot integrated Shopify apps (reviews, email marketing, or inventory tools).
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing a Shopify store (front-end and back-end admin).
- Comfortable navigating the Shopify dashboard, fulfilling orders, and creating discount codes.
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills for customer service and team updates.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce basics (SEO, inventory management, or digital marketing is a big plus).
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
