Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sales appointments focused on annuities, life insurance, and retirement planning strategies
- Partner with Medicare Sales Agents to identify and close advanced financial opportunities
- Customize wealth-preserving and income-generating solutions for clients
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process with precision and compliance
- Stay informed on carrier updates, products, and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities License (Required)
- Series 6, 7, 63, or 65 licenses (Preferred)
- Proven success in life insurance, annuities, financial planning, or wealth management sales
- Strong closer with a client-first, consultative approach
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000
- Uncapped performance-based bonuses
