Responsibilities
If you are who you say you are, you already know what it means to be an Investment and/or Financial Advisor, and that there is not enough room on this post to list our responsibilities.
We are tasked with guiding people on a perpetual decision making safari, with the aim of arriving at determinations that are in their best interests - and we get paid to do it.
What Makes Us Different?
We want to make sure that you have one thing to do everyday when you come to work - meet with clients and close business. We provide the rest. No cold calls, we have more than enough warm leads and referrals. There is no cost to our Lead Advisors for their office space, support team (you get both a paraplanner and Jr. Advisor to make calls/do paperwork, and a New Business Manager to process all applications), marketing materials, and the list goes on.
Sick of leaving a firm and having to start over? With EIA, we will compensate you for your AUM book of business; 50% after 5 years with the firm, and 100% after 10 years. No more leaving empty handed.
Qualifications
Series 65 required, and show up everyday with the right intentions.
Pay
More than likely, a higher payout than you are on at your current firm. We believe no two advisors are the same, so compensation is worked out on an individual by individual basis (or team by team).
* Full disclosure - We do not pay people to jump ship from other firms. What we will do, is help with expenses (forgivable draw) until you are where you need to be financially, as well as accelerate payouts over an agreed upon period - up to 100%.
