Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
- Engage with customers, offering customized wireless solutions and guaranteeing their satisfaction.
- Recognize and pursue sales opportunities by promoting specific products and services
- Supervise customer accounts by making sure their expectations are surpassed and their needs are satisfied with the latest devices.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and addressing problems as soon as possible.
- Promote new services and solutions based on the needs of each individual customer and offer product knowledge assistance.
- Determine chances to cross-sell or upsell by determining what customers are looking for.
Qualifications for the Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to remain composed and solution-oriented when addressing challenging situations.
- A positive attitude combined with a confident demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
