What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Barber for Immediate Placement position at Elite Images Barbershop and Salon?
Elite Images Barbershop & Salon is looking for SPANISH SPEAKING BARBERS to join our team! This is a new barbershop and salon. We are in a busy shopping center and are expecting a lot of growth. We want you to join with us! We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing the best possible experience for our clients. Preferably this applicant is already established with clientele.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a barbershop/salon
- Passionate about providing the best possible experience for our clients
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Flexible schedule (we are a busy salon with many open days)
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, assist in making them feel welcome, and provide an exceptional experience
- Cut, style, and apply various hair treatments including keratin treatments, keratin treatments and more
- Educate clients on various hair care products and trends, as well as answer any questions they may have
- Educate clients on how to apply hair treatments like color, waxing, etc. without damaging the treatment (falsies)
- Educate clients on proper scalp care (trimming, shampooing, etc.)and how it affects their hair quality
- Build relationships with new and existing clients to ensure quality clientele
- Maintain current knowledge of current products and services and strive to provide the best products and services possible
- Operate all salon equipment in an efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $35.00 - $100.00 per hour
