This is not a typical “physician sees the complicated patients while the MLP handles fast track” model. Our MLPs work side by side with the physicians, helping manage the department and caring for patients across the full emergency department. The position offers strong clinical autonomy with physician support readily available when needed.
Position Details
Approximately 22,000 ED visits annually
Two 12-hour physician shifts with 12 hours of daily MLP coverage (Full on site physician support)
