Elite Home Healthcare is hiring compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a current home health patient need in Corydon, Indiana.

As a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide one-on-one personal care and support in the patient's home, helping individuals maintain their comfort, independence, and quality of life.

We currently have a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) need in Corydon, Indiana.

Home Health Aide / CNA Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide personal care and assistance under the direction of the supervising Registered Nurse and in accordance with the patient's individualized Plan of Care.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Providing assistance with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as directed
• Supporting patients with toileting and other personal care needs
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when included in the Plan of Care
• Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Helping maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe patient environment
• Observing and reporting changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
• Documenting care provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Encouraging patient independence while maintaining dignity and respect
• Following infection-control, patient-safety, privacy, and Elite Home Healthcare policies and procedures

Qualifications

Candidates must:

• Be a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who meets applicable Indiana requirements for the assigned position
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Be comfortable providing individualized care in a patient's home
• Be able to follow an established Plan of Care and instructions from the supervising nurse
• Demonstrate effective time-management and organizational skills
• Have reliable transportation to assigned patient locations
• Complete applicable Elite Home Healthcare employment, training, screening, and compliance requirements

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in home healthcare, personal care, caregiving, long-term care, assisted living, or related patient support roles is valued.
