Additionally, you will ensure timely and accurate documentation, processing, and billing of patient visits and records. Your meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in effectively managing clinical operations and providing exceptional patient care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing staff scheduling and assignments to ensure adequate coverage and timely patient visits
- Maintain and update internal visit tracking and discharge records accurately and promptly
- Complete daily patient activity reports to track patient progress and outcomes
- Provide completed aide supervisions by nurses to HR as required
- Interact with nurses, families, clients, and caregivers to ensure timely nursing visits and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, processing, and billing of patient visits and records
- Oversee and complete the creation and follow-up of 485 MD Orders when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support clinical operations and patient care
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work at a fast pace
- Ability to problem solve challenging situations involving family members/clients, patients, and/or nurses
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and adjust priorities as required
- Customer service skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with patients and their families
