Job Summary
Home Care Agency is seeking to hire a community outreach representative to promote and build our company within the downstate New York area. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships within the community in order to generate quality leads for Home Care services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Submitting Daily Reports to Management.
- Building relationships, receiving referrals, and promoting our agency with Hospitals, Nursing Homes community organizations, and physician practices.
- Managing and creating new referral sources (nursing homes, hospitals, community referrals, etc.)
- Conduct presentations to support groups, adult day cares, Community Events, etc. as well as conduct home visits, and personalized appointments as needed to complete the enrollment process.
- Follow up on leads and referrals from family members, caregivers, and other sources.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of Sales experience.
- The ability to hold events and build relationships within the community.
- Good Communication Skills
- Must be a go-getter and self-motivated.
- Must have a car and be able to travel to meetings daily.

Pay Range: The hiring range for this position is $75,000-80,000 annually. Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
