What You'll Do:
- Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Follow individualized care plans and document patient progress
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
- Travel to patient homes within the assigned service area
What You'll Bring:
- Current PTA license in Idaho
