Position Overview
Elite Home Care Solutions is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses RN to provide skilled pediatric home health services throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
This is an immediate hire opportunity for nurses who are confident working independently in a home setting and delivering high quality, family centered care to medically fragile pediatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
- Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring
- G tube management and feeding administration (if applicable)
- Seizure monitoring and documentation (if applicable)
- Medication administration and reconciliation
- Respiratory monitoring and support as ordered (if applicable)
- Accurate, timely electronic documentation
- Educate and support caregivers and family members
- Maintain compliance with Georgia Medicaid and GAPP guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred
- Pediatric or home health experience strongly preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
