Job Summary:
The LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in Anderson is responsible for providing high-quality member care in a part-time or PRN capacity. This individual will work with the day center team to support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of members at our day center. This is a part time, Monday-Friday role in Anderson, South Carolina.
Responsibilities:
As a part-time LPN at Elite Day Center, you will receive competitive hourly salary and have access to a flexible schedule with weekly pay.
Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
No Weekends or Holidays

Job Summary:
The LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in Anderson is responsible for providing high-quality member care in a part-time or PRN capacity. Responsibilities:
- Provide member care, including administering medications, nursing treatments to those with MD order
- Monitor members health and communicate any changes or concerns to the RN Administrator
- Educate members about health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records and creating and implementing care plans upon enrollment when needed.
- Updating care plan no less than every 6 months and quarterly nursing note on each members status at the day center.
- Valid and current nursing license in South Carolina in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with senior adults, adults with disabilities or community setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo any required background checks and drug screenings.
