The Role
We’re hiring a strong sales rep who knows how to connect, build trust, and close.
This is a face-to-face sales role where you’ll be meeting with people who are already expecting you. No cold calling. No door knocking.
If you’re someone who can sit down, read the room, build rapport quickly, and confidently guide conversations to a decision—you’ll do very well here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Run 2–4 pre-set, in-person appointments daily
- Build trust and establish strong relationships quickly
- Ask the right questions and truly understand client needs
- Present solutions clearly and confidently
- Handle objections and guide conversations to a close
- Follow up with warm prospects in your pipeline
- Keep organized notes in CRM

Compensation

Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience (in-home, retail, or high-ticket preferred)
- Comfortable running in-person appointments
- Reliable transportation
- Based in or familiar with South Jersey
- Coachable, accountable, and driven
