Job Description
Elite Heat LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC installer. As an HVAC installer at Elite Heat LLC, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems and components, including thermostats, humidistats, and timers.
- Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining system operations.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and repairs conducted.
- Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical training in HVAC systems preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience installing HVAC equipment
- Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment related to HVAC system repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of current HVAC standards and regulations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and outdoor settings.
- Willingness to stand, crouch, and climb as necessary.
