Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Techinician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. Duties:
- Preparing treatment areas and equipment for patients
- Creating treatment plans for patients together with our medical provider
- Escort patients to and from therapy sessions
- Aid patients in performing exercises and therapeutic activities under the guidance of our medical providers.
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
- Document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the medical provider
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
-Perform modalities such as ESTIM, ultrasound and massage
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients of all ages
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to physical medicine
- Licensed massage therapist is preferred but not required.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
