Elite Guard Power Washing is hiring a part-time Content Creator / Videographer & Editor to join our team in Massillon, OH. We specialize in high-quality exterior cleaning and surface restoration, and we are looking for a skilled video creator to produce content that engages homeowners, educates potential customers, and drives local sales.
In this role, you will film on-site at active job locations across Stark County and produce a mix of high-impact short-form videos along with occasional longer-form videos (up to 5 minutes) for YouTube, Facebook, and our marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Videography: Travel to active job sites to capture clean, high-energy footage of surface restoration, equipment operations, before-and-after transformations, and owner/team educational segments.
- Content Production & Editing: Produce 1 to 2 completed videos per week, primarily focusing on short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok) while periodically editing 2–5 minute videos for YouTube and Facebook.
- Strategic Content Goals: Edit videos tailored for customer engagement, homeowner education (e.g., proper surface care, soft washing vs. pressure washing), and direct response advertising.
- Post-Production: Trim raw footage, sync clean audio, apply color correction, add dynamic captions/subtitles, and incorporate strong hooks and clear calls to action (CTAs).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 years of videography and video editing experience across both short-form and standard video formats (portfolio or video samples required).
- Equipment: Access to your own filming setup (camera or high-end smartphone with stabilizer/gimbal and wireless microphone) and professional video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites in Massillon, Canton, and surrounding Stark County communities.
- Reliability: Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently on job sites while consistently meeting weekly production deadlines.
Schedule & Work Location
- Flexible schedule (~10–15 hours per week) split between on-site field shooting during active jobs and remote video editing.
- Primary job sites are located throughout Massillon, Canton, and the greater Stark County area.
Pay: $200.00 - $400.00 per week
