- Supervise clerical staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high performance standards.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, including managing contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services and supplies.
- Maintain organized filing systems, manage front desk duties including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Facilitate event planning for company functions or community outreach initiatives to promote engagement.
- Implement training & development programs for staff to enhance skills and foster professional growth.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to interact confidently with team members, vendors, and clients.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Experience with event planning, vendor management, calendar management, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and maintaining organized records.
