**This FT Position will be working in our office Mon. – Fri.**
(primarily 9-5, but starting at 7 am some mornings)
We are looking for a person to join our team of self motivated people who care deeply about doing a job right and working well with a team. More specifically, we are looking for the right person to answer phones and be a coordinator for our HVAC service team. Some of Your Responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones, taking orders, accepting payments, answering questions, etc.
- Managing our calendar for 4 service technicians and coordinate follow-ups
- Be or become knowledgeable in HVAC (very helpful!)
- Planning, ordering parts and supplies for upcoming appointments.
- Customer billing and supplier invoices / data entry.
- Become an advocate for our customers AND our service techs. A liaison.
- Assist other office staff in general daily/weekly tasks
We are in the home energy, comfort, and peace of mind business. We deliver home heating oil, propane and install/repair home heating and cooling systems (HVAC). So if you have any experience or knowledge of our industry, that's a huge plus, but not necessary if you are willing to learn. However, it is more important to us that you have experience working in an office setting at a desk job where you have proven the ability to manage/coordinate a multi-calendar schedule and you have strong communication skills, can learn new technology easily, have a natural aptitude for understanding what people mean, not necessarily what they say.

Starting pay will range from $18/hr. - $22/hr. depending on experience, skillset, and attitude. But pay is never capped, there is always room for growth as you prove yourself. The best part about this job is the flexibility. If you need to run out for an hour and take care of something in the middle of the day, you're free to do that. If you need to schedule a day off for any reason, no problem. We will cover for you, and we expect you to do the same for us.
