Our business is growing and we need good, honest, caring people that have experience in HVAC work, but are looking for a better team, or a chance at growing into a leadership role. We want people who live and breath Berks County and have some experience in working with mostly residential heating and cooling equipment.

SERVICE TECH ROLE: We need another experienced service tech who loves to figure out a problem and is able to troubleshoot HVAC problems and fix them. You're the guy that smiles when someone says they have a strange problem and they have no idea how to figure it out. Your brain is wired to think deeply and you always find a way to solve a problem. In fact, you enjoy a challenge and welcome it because it's fun for you. The daily maintenance tasks would be boring for you, whereas taking a complex machine and solving a problem is exciting and fun. You work smarter, not harder.
